Who is responsible
Savelkouls Ventures, LLC, doing business as BranchRunner, is a Delaware limited liability company (file number 10400146). Our business and correspondence address is 800 N King Street, Suite 304-4197, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
Information we collect
- Information you submit in a contact, demo, Cloud-access, or similar form, such as your name, work email, company, role, telephone number, message, and stated requirements.
- When you request the newsletter, your email address, selected topics, confirmation status, consent record, and related unsubscribe events.
- Limited technical and security information produced when the website is requested, such as request metadata and abuse-prevention or diagnostic records.
- When analytics is on for your browser, usage information collected by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: the pages you view, the page that referred you, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, recordings of how you interact with pages, approximate location derived from your IP address, device, browser and screen details, and identifiers stored in their cookies. We configure Clarity to mask the text you type into form fields.
Why we use it
- To respond to an enquiry, assess an access or demo request, and take steps you request before a possible contract.
- To send the newsletter only after you confirm your address through double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, diagnose, protect, and improve the website, and to meet applicable legal obligations.
- To understand how visitors find and use the website, and where pages are confusing or broken, so we can improve it. We do not use analytics for advertising, and the website tells both analytics tools that advertising storage is denied.
Legal bases
Depending on the interaction, we rely on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and improving the website and responding to business enquiries, or a legal obligation. Website analytics relies on your consent where the law of your country requires it, and on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website elsewhere. You may withdraw consent or object at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Retention
Two years after the last meaningful interaction. We delete or anonymize information sooner when it is no longer needed, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, or opt-out purposes. Newsletter confirmation links expire after 24 hours; unsubscribing stops active delivery. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for no longer than 14 months. Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings for 30 days, or 13 months for recordings we save for review, and heatmap data for 13 months.
Service providers and international processing
OVHcloud hosts the website, its database, form submissions, and uploaded files. The processing location for those services is not yet confirmed and will be confirmed before we publish a location claim. Cloudflare provides traffic delivery and security and supplies the country header we use to decide whether to ask for consent before analytics loads. Google LLC provides Google Analytics and Microsoft Corporation provides Microsoft Clarity. Each receives the usage information described above in the United States and other countries where it operates, and handles it under its own terms and privacy statement (https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement). Both companies participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions, and transfers to them rely on that framework or on standard contractual clauses. Roborian, Inc. is under consideration for a possible future Cloud offering; no customer Cloud deployment exists and it is not currently a customer-data subprocessor. Emailit is the selected newsletter delivery provider and receives the recipient address and delivery metadata needed to send confirmations and newsletters. A deployment accepts newsletter requests only when Emailit delivery is configured, and subscriptions use double opt-in.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You can turn website analytics on or off at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Google also offers a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics on every website (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Changes
We will update this notice when practices materially change and will show the new effective date on this page.
