The Community product uses Business Source License 1.1 with an Additional Use Grant for internal production self-hosting. The application, API, worker and agent wrapper use this license; the contracts and schema package is Apache-2.0. Third-party components retain their own licenses.
Each released version changes to GPL-3.0-or-later on its recorded Change Date, under the policy of three years after that version’s first public release. The exact versioned LICENSE and LICENSING.md define its rights and exceptions. Withdrawn 0.1.0 pre-release artifacts retain their original first-public dates and conversion clocks. Final release parameters and legal review remain open; this summary does not add a license grant.
Hosted or managed third-party services, white-labelling, competing-product embedding and proprietary redistribution require commercial licensing under the existing grant. Software licenses do not grant rights to BranchRunner trademarks.
